Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end creation of innovative and brand-aligned video and podcast content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support strategic project goals and objectives, working with the team to develop creative briefs, storyboards and / or scripts
  • Facilitate creative storytelling with strong narratives that convey emotion or calls-to-action
  • Work with our social media team to optimise content for social channels and strategies
  • Partner with our design / brand production team for miscellaneous digital assets and support
  • Ensure ongoing innovation of team, from creative output to new tools, services, and workflows

Requirements

  • Digital agency or corporate in-house B2B / B2C experience in digital media production and / or management, with emphasis on video and podcasts
  • Prior experience in a team of video, podcast, and / or digital content creators
  • Associates, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in digital media / marketing, visualmunications, or related area
  • Expert knowledge and creativity in video / motion graphics, audio editing, pre / post production, script writing, and storyboarding
  • Deep knowledge of live and / or in-person video / audio recording, including filming in real-world dynamic environments, identifying appropriate equipment and tools, and optimal configurations
  • Solid understanding of social media (organic and paid) and delivering video / audio content to take advantage of channels
  • Highly experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry apps supporting video and podcast workflows (Windows or Mac environment)
  • Hands-on experience with 3D and animation tools a plus
  • Clear understanding of content hierarchy, conveying information in a way users can easily digest
  • Exceptional multitasking, time management, and project management skills, with attention to stakeholder needs and high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbalmunication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Superb people skills with a proven track record of interacting with external agencies as well as internal stakeholders and senior leadership within cross-functional teams
  • Native in English, Mandarin a plus
  • Frequent travel may be required around the Asia Pacific region
  • Open to candidates who are interested in relocating to Hong Kong
