Job descriptionEnsure all accounting and financial reports are complied with updated accounting standards, listing rules requirements and all kinds of covenants Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in FlexSystem Maintain updated Charts of Accounts & Analysis Codes in FlexSystem Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies and internal control Monitor budget, forecast and variance Supervise and coach a team to ensure the timeliness and quality output Liaise with internal peers, external auditors and professionals Handle accounting duties of Directors’ investment Perform daily routine accounting functions when required Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with CPA qualification
- Minimum 5 years post CPA relevant working experience, with experience in handling China accounting is an added advantage
- Experience in managing a professional team is a must
- Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Independent, proactive and attentive to details
- Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediately available is highly preferre
