Responsibilities

Your role within the organization will focus on the Accounts Receivable (AR) side. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Sai Ying Pun. This role involves being responsible for the invoicing process to customers, maintaining a good relationship with our customers and the Sales team, and continuously improving and refining the internal process while growing alongside the company.

While there is a focus on AR, you will also be able to experience AP and various other responsibilities. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Verify & post sales invoices
  • Checking overdue invoices, maintain aging report, and handle changes on invoices
  • Be the main point of contact of sales people
  • Perform bank & accounts reconciliation activities
  • Work on month-end and year-end closing
  • Make recommendations to improve existing processes or put new processes in place
  • Assist with financial audits
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Cantonese would be a plus
  • Strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
  • Experience of being in contact / working with sales or other internal and external teams
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills

  • Overseas working experience would be a plus
