Provide quality customer service through over the phone
To perform general office administrative & clerical support
To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Ensure smooth branch operations and achieve satisfactory audit rating by meeting all control and service requirements
Job Requirement :
High Diploma or Degree
Solid experiences in office administration and handling enquiries;
Ability to organize well, attend to details and work independently under pressure;
Pleasant personality, patient and good interpersonal skills;
Excellent command of written / spoken English and Mandarin;
