  • Provide quality customer service through over the phone
  • To perform general office administrative & clerical support
  • To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Ensure smooth branch operations and achieve satisfactory audit rating by meeting all control and service requirements

Job Requirement :

  • High Diploma or Degree
  • Solid experiences in office administration and handling enquiries;
  • Ability to organize well, attend to details and work independently under pressure;
  • Pleasant personality, patient and good interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of written / spoken English and Mandarin;
