Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Plan and assign workloads for Front Desk associates
  • Supervise associates in their assigned job duties
  • Assist department heads for maintain smooth operations and handle ad hoc projects

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
  • Knowledge of Opera System is must
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
