SENIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER / PRODUCTION PLANNING OFFICER - US garment trims trading (Tsuen Wan / 5 days work)

We are looking for   SENIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER / PRODUCTION PLANNING SUPERVISOR   - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Production Planning Manager who is based in US HQ
• Lead a small Production Planning team in HK office for Supplier Factory Planning & Performance Monitoring
• Ideal candidates must be capable of influencing a positive team environment and driving factory on-time delivery performance.
• Candidates should have experience working with foreign suppliers, preferably in the trim and packaging industry.
• Supervise the Hong Kong production planning team in efficiently scheduling and producing trim and packaging with external suppliers.
• Monitor factory capacity system and ensure work orders are well balanced across capable factories.
• Monitor vendor performance via scorecard assessment and factory compliance with company requirements.
• Monitor and manage new factory onboarding and training.
• Conduct periodic report review with Production Planning team members for suppliers' performance
• Review monthly production reports of all key supplier factories with the respective Production Planning team member
• 3+ years of global sourcing, supply chain or procurement experience
• Familiar with trims and packaging suppliers
• 1+ year supervisory experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS  Excel or Google Suite
• Broad-based understanding of supplier management
• Fluent English & Cantonese / Mandarin
• 5 days work
