Responsibilities (Management and Administrative duties)
- Assist the Camp Warden in daily campsite operations
- Coordinate, planning and development of camp service, including supervision and provide professional guidance and support to camp staff
- Collaborate with other organizations to secure resources for camp services
- Organize and facilitate Camp Committee meetings regarding camp operations
- Prepare and submit statistical and budget reports
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

A) (i) A full-time teacher's certificate with physical education as one of the subjects, or equivalent; orii) A post-secondary qualification in management of recreation and sports from one of the following, or equivalentAccredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution; orHigher Diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic university or polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education;B) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalentNote1 : Those who have not studied physical education or recreation when obtaining the qualification in (a)(i) or (ii) above should have a Diploma / Graduate Certificate in recreation and sports management offered by a recognised tertiary institution, or equivalent.]Note2 : ‘Grade C’ and ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ and ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]C) Proficient in MS Office applications and relevant IT software.D) Passionate about nature and eager to contribute to leisure and recreation services. Responsible, polite, proactive and possess strong communication skills.E) Equipped with skills of outdoor activities, familiar with campsite management and development, or solid experience in handling large-scale facilities management projects are advantageous.
