Job descriptionUniversity degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline 1 -3 years credit research or DCM experience with reputable bank or credit rating agenc Strong credit research and analysis skills Solid financial modeling skills well-versed in Bloomberg Dealogic Factiva Ipreo or FactSet Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Our client is a leading Corporate Bank. They are looking for a DCM professional to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support debt capital markets (DCM) origination execution and syndication
- Provide rating advisory. Prepare rating model construction
- Conduct in-depth debt market and transaction analysis
- Assist in preparing pitchbook and roadshow materials
- Collaborate with sales / distribution team and other banks / lawyers / accountants / rating advisory partners on deals
