We are looking for a Service Centre Officer / Service Centre Officer (Overnight) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Service Centre Officer / Service Centre Officer (Overnight), we rely on you to :
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly
- Provide and record all guest messages and wake-up calls
- Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard
- Answer general inquiries and explain latest F&B promotion
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisors
