Job description

The Department

The Service Delivery Department is responsible for designing and delivering the Runway 2, “IT Digital Transformation Programme”. In addition, the department is responsible for the delivery of application solutions including Finance, HR, CRM and Enterprise Data Warehouse systems for the Club’s business portfolios and managing the IT Shenzhen delivery arm.

The Job

  • Manage project compliance in accordance to the internal Product Development Lifecycle and ITPMO processes
  • Assist in stakeholder management, including identification of project / programme stakeholders, their expectations and communicated channels
  • Provide support to the Programme Lead, including setting up all work plans and delivery plans into the work planning tool
  • Maintain and monitor the overall integrated project work plan
  • Assist the Programme Lead in maintaining the quality plan, issue and risk registers and contract matrix for supplier engagements
  • Define and produce project and programme status reports
  • Manage document management process
  • Define and produce project / programme status reports
  • Manage time and cost tracking
  • Track and monitor the impacts and interdependencies between project / programmes
  • Track and monitor project / programme resource profile and execution of resource ramp up / down plans
  • Participate and contribute positively to create a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross team / division / department efforts and model collaborative behaviours.

About You

  • University degree holder in Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years hands-on experience in IT project management and software / product delivery.
  • Proven track record in managing a large scale projects with at least two years project duration.
  • Experience in delivering a transformation programme desirable.
  • Experience running projects under both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • A good understanding of system development life cycle in enterprise systems.
  • Effective communicator to different levels of stakeholders & Technology teams and can present complex ideas and technical details into layman terms.
  • Demonstrate a proactive working attitude to achieve common goals with good influential and negotiation skills.
  • Strong oral and written English language skills.
  • Professional programme management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional or Prince2) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Experience in working in large enterprise organizations is preferred.
  • Experience in managing large scale enterprise projects in a complex three tier environment is preferred.
