Job description
Responsibilities
Lead the insurance sales team, managing day-to-day operations and building a high-performing team.
Drive internal insurance sales initiatives with a strong focus on performance and results.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the insurance function, ensuring efficiency andpliance.
Collaborate closely with the product team to align offerings with market needs and internal demand.
Work with wealth advisors to identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
Ensure all regulatory andpliance requirements are met, particularly in relation to RO responsibilities.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on sales performance and operational matters.
Position Requirements
Must currently be a Responsible Officer (RO) and eligible to be appointed as an RO in the newpany.
Proven experience in insurance sales, ideally within a insurance brokerage firm
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellentmunication and stakeholder management abilities.
Solid understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product and advisory teams.
Possess a deep understanding of the insurance industry's regulatory environment.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to effectivelymunicate with clients from various regions.
