Perform full range of office administration duties with focus in :
Office space planning, renovation and relocation; office security / cleanliness and work safety evaluation, management and control;
Supervision of drivers, orders control and maintain / manage company cars to provide quality car pool service;
Supervision of supporting staff for dispatch service, tea service and office security;
Drafting policies and procedures, developing office sustainability initiatives and statistics / reports preparation;
Company events / activities and ad hoc assignments
Requirements :
Tertiary educated with at least 5 years relevant experience in managing sizable office administration work
Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality results
Organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
Experienced in office space planning, renovation and relocation and able to use CAD preferred
Willing to work after office hours and on holidays to supervise office renovation and relocation projects when necessary
High proficiency in written English & Chinese (Cantonese) and Microsoft Office
