Job description

Responsibilities

Oversee the team's daily operation to ensure market and platforms stability
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of project initiatives which affect cash trading, on areas including but not limited to impact assessment, system changes requirements and testing of these relevant changes
Assist in the innovation and transformation of the team's workflows by managing the development and implementation of automation solutions using various tools and technologies
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements :

University Degree holder preferably in Finance / Statistics / Information Technology or related disciplines

6+ years' relevant experience in finance / equity trading business

Preferably to be technically savvy and have strong experience in automated testing tool and environment

Good understanding of Hong Kong and Mainland stock market practices

High agility with growth mindset; a self-starter, team player and goodmunicator with sound judgment and good problem solving skills

Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese
