Our client is one of the largest entertainment organisation in Hong Kong and they are currently expanding their Shared Service - Mobility team.

about the job.

  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Execute the daily HRSS operations
  • Assist manager to respond to key stakeholder's questions about benefits and updating employee holiday and sickness records
  • Provide perspective in the existing business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures to identify areas of improvement

skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor degree in Business, HR or related discipline with at least 1 year experience in HR
  • Good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
