The Job :
Support the strategic planning, sales performance tracking, compensation scheme, P&L, Pay-roll management of Direct Business
Analyse and evaluate business performance, conduct financial forecast and budget, identify opportunities and threats, recommend action plans, and conduct monthly review with senior management
Work closely with Finance team to ensure each KPIs are fulfilled and to optimize the revenue and expenses to achieve the desirable IRR for the business model
Create informative, actionable, and regular reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Prepare monthly performance and strategy deck for senior management, Direct Sales compensation review and P&L management
Support sales incentive arrangement and sales salary & compensation calculation
Adopt controls and governance on sales performance data, and financial & risk assessment on campaigns
Define and create business datamarts / datasets, measures, KPIs and dashboards to empower data analytic capability across functional teams
The Person :
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
At least 10+ years of solid experience in financial / business planning in insurance industry. Previous year in management consultancy is highly preferred
Good knowledge in insurance products and market dynamics
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and analytics to gain actionable insights
Ability to craft compelling narratives for senior executive audience and collaborate effectively across the team
Result oriented, able to manage expectation, work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
Fluency in verbal and written English communications
Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (PPT, Excel, VBA, Access)
Experience in SQL / Python / data analysis tools is a plus
