We're hiring an Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master for a transformation team within one of Asias leading financial institutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change across digital products and services for Ultra High Net Worth clients in Asia.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
Monitor squad performance using Agile metrics dashboards and identify opportunities for improvement
Champion Agile principles and embed them across the organization
Coach team members to embrace innovative methodologies and collaborative practices
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth sprint execution
Promote transparency, trust, and a non-hierarchical culture within squads

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other Agiletools.

Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, definition of done, backlog refinement)

Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in management of digital products, will be considered a distinct advantage

Strong project management, people management and influencing and analytical skills

Big picture thinkers but can speak to digital related technical details.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Detail oriented, hard-working and able to work under pressure and deadline driven.

Mature, self-motivated, proactive, with a passion for excellence

Knowledge in banking and wealth management product knowledge
