Project Coordinator

Requirements :

l  Diploma or above in Construction / Building Technical / Engineering / Construction Management. & related discipline;

l  With Site Safety Supervisor Certificate is an advantage & Green Card is a must ;

l   3 – 5 years working experience in Fitting Out / A&A;

l   Enjoy team works, can work independently & under pressure.

l   Knowledge of PC skill in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD

Duties :

l  Preparation & submission of various reports, record, minutes & site documents like site instruction & memo, RFI, COI, etc;

l  Coordination on material ordering and logistics;

l  Coordinate project schedule and activities to ensure project runs smooth & meet handover schedule
