All this means that our Human Resources team area key strategic partner to our business, working alongside our executives and business leaders on shaping our strategy, exploring innovative new projects, and managing our most valuable asset - our people. We're looking for an energetic, adaptable entry to mid-level talent development professional to join the Human Resources team.

Job Duties : Responsibilities :

  • Support the Talent Development team to ensure development programmes and initiatives are planned and delivered effectively, including but not limited to supporting implementation of learning curriculum (e.g. enrollment and nominations, virtual classroom set-up, learning materials preparation and budget management).
  • Own and manage the talent and learning calendar, and training dataset, to ensure effective end-to-end management of programmes and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain iLearn, HKEX's learning management system, overseeing enrollment activities and participation rates. Proactively ensuring HKEX achieves all compliance requirements
  • Maintain training and expenses records and produce analytic reports as needed.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of programs, projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with and manage external vendors related to learning programmes or events, and handle contracts and invoices.
  • Manage and drive procurement processes for vendor engagements.
  • Support projects within the Talent Development team, and other teams within the Human Resources division, on an agile basis, gaining exposure to a broader range of people and development projects, with potential to move across teams in the future.
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects to support the Talent Development team, including but not limited to diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, consulting or comparable administration positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related disciplines preferred, but not essential.
  • Tri-lingual in Putonghua, Cantonese and English is desired, with good attention to detail in both written and oral communications.
  • A thirst for knowledge and the intellectual curiosity to work across a range of projects and teams.
  • Reliable, dependable with a 'can-do' approach and who has demonstrated HKEX values of Integrity, Excellence, Diversity, Engagement and Collaboration in their career to date.
