Handle communication with customer for assigned projects and other enquiries.
Coordinate, monitor and control project activities during the project lifecycle between customers and internal parties in GC region.
Proactive approach and responsibility on optimization of services and processes taking customer’s requirements into consideration and selling new services.
Deputy of other teammates operations.
Handling of work according to the quality assurance guidelines and the instructions by team leader or department head.
