Senior Finance Associate - MNC Securities

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance ofplete financial records and reports for the Hong Kong entities.
• pile and deliver monthly management summaries and schedules to both local management and the Group Finance team.
• Ensure adherence to SFC regulations by submitting Financial Resources Rules (FRR) reports and performing client fund reconciliations.
• Manage client payment processing, including receipts and disbursements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different regions to consolidate intra-group financial data.
• Serve as the main contact for external parties such as banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments as directed by management.
