Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on software development and project management, experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry is highly preferred Hands on of MySQL / .Net / Java / Node.JS, with knowledge of logistics-specific software and systems such as WMS / TMS / logistics related systems Exposure in Logistics and Supply Chain Process, including warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory management and order fulfillment would be an advantage Strong leadership and project management and presentation skills; with analytical mind and good problem solving Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, to work with at all levels of the organization Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Development team, including hiring, training, and performance management etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and support business goals for existing and new applications, and to ensure those goals are supported in the design
- Identify and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
- Make informed decisions based on data analysis and business needs
- Stay current on web technology trends and innovations and share information with the team
- Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned
