Responsibilities
- Develop and executeprehensive data analytics and AI strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business units across the organization
- Lead the development and deployment of data analytics initiatives to support business needs
- Ensure robust dataernance, including data quality, security, andpliance with industry standards and regulations
- Negotiate and manage contracts and service agreements with external vendors to maximize value and efficiency
- Present data-driven insights and strategic rmendations to senior leadership
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business teams to integrate AI solutions into core business operations
- Monitor emerging trends in AI and data analytics, and rmend innovative approaches for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Data Science,puter Science, Statistics, or a related disciplineA minimum of 15 years of experience in data analytics, cloudputing, and AI.Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SAS, or other relevant data analysis toolsIn-depth knowledge of general insurance products and operations, with hands-on experience in dynamic actuarial modeling, IFRS 17, and Risk-Based Capital frameworksDemonstrated experience working with large datasets, managing data quality, and utilizing cloud infrastructureProven track record in leading analytics teams and managing vendor relationshipsExcellentmunication skills in Cantonese and English, with strong influencing and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partnersStrong problem-solving capabilities and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive attitude and a fast learnerPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
