Retail Leasing Manager | Luxury Retail

About Your Company

The company is a significant corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, actively involved in numerous projects and endeavors within Hong Kong and China. They are presently looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to supervise the leasing activities of their premier shopping mall in Hong Kong, with a particular emphasis on engaging luxury tenants.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in developing and evaluating leasing strategies and tenant mix, with a strong focus on luxury brands

Conduct in-depth market research to identify and engage potential luxury tenants

Proactively pursue the acquisition of prestigious luxury brands in line with company direction and leasing strategy

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on leasing matters, including tenancy agreements and legal documents

Assist management in budgeting, reporting, and creating compelling presentation materials

Stay abreast of market trends and provide valuable insights on brand recruitment and leasing strategy in the luxury retail segment

Qualifications

Hold a degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in shopping malls or retail consultancy agencies, with a specific focus on luxury retail

Proficiency in drafting leasing letters, tenancy agreements, and fitting out processes is highly advantageous

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the global luxury retail landscape and its dynamics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with external parties and internal stakeholders

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for seamless communication with stakeholders
