Why You'll Want to Join Our Team :
This is a critical role focused on supporting Wholesale and Travel Retail operations in Asia, with additional responsibilities to assist the Planning Director in Retail planning and process optimization. This role will lead the management of excess inventory (COAS) across Asia, China, Japan, and EMEA, proposing strategic redistribution plans to optimize inventory flow.
With the departure of the VP of Planning at the end of September, we are optimizing our team structure by redistributing responsibilities among team members. This includes transitioning a Senior Allocator role to a contract Allocator position. For the Assistant Manager backfill, we have expanded the job scope to include leadership in excess inventory management. Additionally, we have streamlined our team by removing two roles : Assistant Manager, Regional Inventory, and Analyst of Inventory Planning.
This realignment positions us to enhance efficiency and drive better performance in our planning processes.
