Our client is a well-established, sizable and popular global apparel brand with branches across the globe.
- Translate global VM direction and concepts with the input of localization development to local VM team towards the KPIs
- Ensure the VM objectives are executed at Corporate and Brand Standard at every channel, including retail stores, omni platform, etc.
- Involve in the new store opening projects and work closely with store and retail construction team to develop VM plans
- Develop VM guidelines and VM packs regularly / at adhoc basis for marketing campaigns and trading events, etc.
- Own the VM Planning Tool for the Country / Cluster and ensure latest VM Tools are shared amongst the business
- Provide training to VM teams for guidelines interpretation and the usage of VM Planning Tools
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in Design or related discipline5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising Design / Management, in which at least 2 years as a supervisory levelStrong business acumen with excellent designing skillExcellent presentation, organization and communication skillGood knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerpointExcellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
