Role Overview :
Handle hotline enquirers and resolve customer requests via various means
Provide prompt and courteous services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities
Liaise with internal parties to resolve enquirer and follow up with client
Provide daily support to supervisor and participate in ad hoc projects
Ideal Profile :
University graduates is preferable
At least 3 years relevant working experience in call center
Pleasant and possessing sound interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Officer
