We are looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, we rely on you to :

  • Receive, record and transmit guest requests accurately
  • Be responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain and update administrative data
  • Maintain key control and monitor lost property

We are looking for someone who has :

  • Certificate in Hospitality Management or related fields
  • 1 year of Housekeeping experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleagues
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
