We are looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Housekeeping Coordinator, we rely on you to :
- Receive, record and transmit guest requests accurately
- Be responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain and update administrative data
- Maintain key control and monitor lost property
We are looking for someone who has :
Certificate in Hospitality Management or related fields1 year of Housekeeping experience, preferably in the Hotel IndustryProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleaguesGood communication and organizational skillsGood command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
