Manage the trust administration process to ensure high quality and accurate service delivery to clients.
Foster good relationship with clients, assists in conducting annual reviews of trust and company appointments, attend to client requests
Manage the full spectrum of trust setup such as incorporation, bank account setup, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements and client objectives etc
Prepare and review trust documents, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with client intentions.
Liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth trust administration and management process
Provide guidance and supports to junior team members
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of Trust Administration and client relationship management experience
Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualification in Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
