The Company

We are currently working with a leading global bank in Hong Kong and is seeking multiple UX / UI deisgners to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer with extensive experience in digital banking products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with major financial institutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive and innovative user experiences for our digital banking platforms.

Your Profile

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user needs and business requirements specific to digital banking.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, focusing on user-centric design.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and iterate upon the complete user experience.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into design iterations.

Qualifications

Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio, specifically in digital banking or financial services.

Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.

A solid grasp of user-centered design, including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A / B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
