Our client is a global company in the travel industry. The company is looking for a Associate Director / Senior Manager - Partnership to join their team.

Sales Objective :

  • Grow sales in the Hong Kong market
  • Identify and develop opportunities that align with the Group's strategy
  • Drive acquisition of members and sell points
  • Develop new products and enhance cross-selling opportunities
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation :

  • Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy based on the Group's Regional Sales and Marketing strategy
  • Create quarterly and annual game plans with actionable steps to achieve revenue goals
  • Regularly conduct and analyze local market intelligence and customer behavior
  • Manage a portfolio of brands and products
  • Account Planning, Management and Growth :

  • Define and implement a clear account strategy to improve presence and revenue at the local level
  • Develop strategic and tactical account plans and identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize internal resources as key inputs to the planning process and continuously monitor activity against the plan
  • Lead negotiations, ensure successful submissions of agreements and value propositions, and exceed contract revenue goals
  • Maintain compliance with contract terms and conditions and maximize the organization's revenue throughout the contract terms
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with all accounts
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop penetration strategies for all levels of the account's organization
  • Facilitate customer relationships both cross-functionally and hierarchically between the company and the account's organization
  • skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Aviation / Tourism related disciplines
  • 10+ years of sales, business development or partnership experience
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the travel industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mind
  • Less experience would be consider as "Senior Manager"
