Sales Objective :
Grow sales in the Hong Kong marketIdentify and develop opportunities that align with the Group's strategyDrive acquisition of members and sell pointsDevelop new products and enhance cross-selling opportunitiesStrategic Planning and Implementation :
Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy based on the Group's Regional Sales and Marketing strategyCreate quarterly and annual game plans with actionable steps to achieve revenue goalsRegularly conduct and analyze local market intelligence and customer behaviorManage a portfolio of brands and productsAccount Planning, Management and Growth :
Define and implement a clear account strategy to improve presence and revenue at the local levelDevelop strategic and tactical account plans and identify new business opportunitiesUtilize internal resources as key inputs to the planning process and continuously monitor activity against the planLead negotiations, ensure successful submissions of agreements and value propositions, and exceed contract revenue goalsMaintain compliance with contract terms and conditions and maximize the organization's revenue throughout the contract termsConduct quarterly and annual business reviews with all accountsIdentify key stakeholders and develop penetration strategies for all levels of the account's organizationFacilitate customer relationships both cross-functionally and hierarchically between the company and the account's organizationskills & experiences required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Aviation / Tourism related disciplines10+ years of sales, business development or partnership experienceStrong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the travel industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindLess experience would be consider as "Senior Manager"show more
