about the team.Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be assigned to own certain product categories and be responsible for its branding activities in the Hong Kong market.

about the job.

  • Drive and lead overall brand strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate internally with product development teams and externally with agencies on ATL activities, including but not limited to launch campaigns, roadshows, consumer engagement events, TVC and etc
  • Drive business partnerships and develop story telling strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Lead to enhance overall retail and customer experience via CRM campaigns, POP and POSM initiatives
  • Develop new business proposals for potential growth
  • Develop and execute long- and short-term strategic marketing plan to unlock potential growth in building brand equity and channel growth

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant disciplines from reputable universities
  • 2+ years of FMCG brand / product management experience in required
  • Leadership experience is required
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required due to the nature of the market
  • Strong business acumen with eCommerce operations experience
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
