Senior Client Officer

Responsibilities

Handling clients visit and enquiry

Collect market information and planning of sales strategies

Participate in the handover process with buyers

Follow up inquiries from agencies or buyers

Provide additional after-sales services

Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions and service outcomes

Participate in and support sales launches

Handle ad hoc assignments as needed

Requirements

• Degree holder with experience in customer service
• At least 3 years of relevant experience from reputable property developers (Advantage with luxury market experience)
• Proactive, patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded, and a team player
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Hands-on PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
