About this role :
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive to significantly enhance the sales performance in the Hong Kong market. The successful candidate will focus on proposing comprehensive logistics solutions to Japanese corporate clients, particularly those requiring services related to Mainland China. This role is crucial for reinforcing the market presence and securing new business, compensating for the current lack of a dedicated sales force.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing regional sales and promotion activities, with a focus on new business development and managing existing accounts .
Propose logistics and supply chain services to Japanese companies in Hong Kong , emphasizing cross-border and Mainland China logistics solutions .
Planning and directing sales strategies and promotional initiatives.Directing and working closely with overseas affiliate companies.Ensuring smooth communication with both the project management and operations teams.Promoting services not only within Hong Kong but also those offered by our overseas affiliate companies.Negotiations with shipping companies and airlines.Frequency Business travel to Mainland ChinaRequirement :
Degree holder with a minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant sales experience in Logistics Industry (preferably Air Freight Forwarding ).Proactive, aggressive, presentable, results-oriented, and strong sales-driven mindset.Possesses excellent Communication, Proposal, Presentation, and Follow-up skills .Able to work independently and under pressure with excellent planning and organizational skills.Customer-focused attitude, self-starter, and a good team player.Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin (Putonghua) and Business English is a MUST .Spoken Japanese skills would be a strong advantage.Benefits :
