Role Purpose :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our AI and Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, particularly Agile Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record in delivering data products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our strategic goals.
A typical day in this Role :
Lead and manage multiple projects in the AI and Analytics domain, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication among stakeholders.Utilize analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and data governance.This job is a good fit for You if :

Solid knowledge in relevant fields, such as Business, Computer Science, or Data Science.5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, data analytics, or technology sectors.Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.Proven experience in delivering data products and managing the entire project lifecycle.Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and metrics.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
