The Job
You will
- understand the new generation in Hong Kong in terms of their entertainment preference, social media habit, as well as other relevant market trends / initiatives targeting this segment
- support the planning and delivery of new strategic initiatives for new generation customers, from concept development to testing and feasibility study, follow by implementation into daily operation
- liaise and coordinate with external consultant for research delivery
- assist in the preparation of research reports and strategic papers for senior management
- provide support in coordinating with different departments to ensure the overall project timeline is achieved
About You
You should have
a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, experience working in / coordinate with market research agency is a mustproven record of researching or designing new marketing concept / initiativesstrong understanding in digital and social media marketing trendsgood understanding of the new generation or female customer behaviour, knowledge in horse racing will be a plusexperience in analysing and articulating marketing initiativesexcellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Wordstrong business mind set and excellent problem solving skillsstrong inter-personal and communication skills to manage complex projectsexcellent command in both spoken and written English and Chineseexcellent time management skills and able to multi-taskCandidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Customer Growth and Experience Office
