Job Description :
Partner directly with leaders across the company’s technology / engineering teams, acting as a strategic thought partner on all people-related topics including org design, leadership effectiveness, and team performanceServe as the first point of contact on complex employee relations matters, ensuring risk-sensitive yet people-centric approachesHelp shape the team’s evolving people strategy, embedding cultural values and operational excellence as the organization maturesProvide guidance and work closely with OD team on team structuring and capacity planning, as well as headcount prioritization as the company scales across multiple geographiesLead and advise on performance frameworks, promotion calibration, and feedback culture to ensure alignment with high-growth, fast-delivery environmentsSupport leaders in navigating change, team dynamics, and workforce challenges — including team morale, communication gaps, and cross-functional tension pointsFacilitate strategic talent planning discussions and partner with CoEs to roll out L&D, succession planning, and internal mobility programs tailored to technical teamsAssist in any ad hoc projects when necessarySkills & Experiences required :
5–8 years of experience as an HRBP in tech or high-growth environmentsProven ability to support specialist technical teams and influence senior stakeholdersAgile mindset with the ability to balance strategic work and real-time problem solvingFluent English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) with excellent written and verbal communication
