Job description

A leading global hedge fund

Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, executing and monitoring private debt investment opportunities in China. Working with senior members of the investment team, he or she will assist with sourcing and fundamental credit analysis of direct lending investments in China.
Qualifications
1 Excellent academic background.
2 Relevant experience (5-10 years) underwriting, structuring and executing private credit,direct lending, financing, mezzanine, and/or special situation investments across different industries.Decent knowledge in various investment instruments.
3 Ability to direct the negotiation and structuring of a transaction to complete investment opportunities
4 Strong financial modelling and legal documentation skills
5 EnterpreMotivated team player and flexible in approach with ability to work independently
6. Native Mandarin and fluent English language skills
