Project Development Officer / Assistant Project Development Officer (Social Worker) 項目發展主任 / 助理項目發展主任 (社工)

- Coordinate with the government and all partnerships on intake process, smooth out all procedures and operations;
- Assist in eligibility verification process and receive supporting documents from applicants;
- Set up a community resources kit for the households;
- Arrange the intake briefing schedules and prepare the briefing kit;
- Provide community-based services to the residents;
- Conduct need assessment and make referrals of suitable community resources or supports to the residents;
- Preform other duties related to cases intake.
Basic Entry Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above in Social Work;Registered Social Worker is a must;Officer : 2 years or above of NGO experience;Assistant Officer : at least 1 year of NGO experience;Passion for community building and self-motivated with the ability to work independently;Strong planning and implementation skills;Open-minded, analytical and self-disciplined;Skilled in forming networks and engaging stakeholders.
