Supervise the team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations such as credit card business (merchant services, credit card services, settlement and chargeback), insurance, IPO receiving bank service, dividend payment service, special status maintenance, handlingernment and other external parties' inquiry about customer accounts, ATM services, etc.
Optimize operation workflow to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Plan, monitor and control the implementation of projects
Respond to any emergencies occur and report to superiors promptly
Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the superiors
Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
5 years' experience in banking or financial industry is preferred, in which 2 years on supervisory level, candidates with more experience would be considered as the senior position
Six Sigma Green Belt holder or above would be an advantage
Good knowledge on Personal Data Privacy Ordinance, banking law and credit card business relevant Regulatoryernance would be a definite advantage
Mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
Strong organizational, analytical, time management skills and risk awareness
Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Excellentmunication skills with goodmand of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua included
