The Department

Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

The Job

You will :

  • Provide comprehensive facilities management services for the building operation, support and supervision of the daily operation related to property management services including Shatin Racecourse, Data Centre and Stable area to oversee the external contractor for implementation of preventive / corrective maintenance for building services installations to ensure that they are executed as planned and specified, especially mission critical systems such as UPS systems, Fire Services System, Elevator System and also to overviewing the operation of backup generators, chiller plants, CRAC systems, track light control system, power quality monitoring system, etc., at racecourse under the supervision of Manager, Property Facilities Technical Services (MPFTS) / Assistant Technical Services Manager
  • Monitor 7x24 operation for the highest uptime of redundant power supply and continuous cooling for Shatin Data Centre, to control of the firefighting equipment with fire alarm devices at the incident, to monitor and liaise with external contractor to guarantee the job delivery for the maintenance, operation, testing of fire equipment and fire alarm devices
  • Shift in-charge of the building operation for the regular 7 x 24 operation and any ad hoc and emergency situations and to announce / reporting the incident
  • Provide the operation log data of building services installations such as UPS systems, MVAC installation, Chiller plants for energy analysis
  • Be required on shift duty including overnight, Saturday and Sunday

About You

You should have :

  • Higher Diploma or certificate in building services or electrical / mechanical engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years of facilities or property experience and be conversant with building, building services, mechanical and electrical engineering technology
  • Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade B0, Construction Industry Safety Training Certification, driving license, etc
  • Working experience in data centre operation and maintenance is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese and Hands-on experience in using MS office and BMS applications
