Responsibilites :
- Develop comprehensive financial strategies for the Hong Kong market, aligning with company goals and regional specifics
- Monitor and manage full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities to ensure financial and business growth
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to review monthly business performances, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to prepare and adjust the annual budget and quarterly forecasts effectively
- Generate and review monthly management reports, providing critical data for strategic decision-making
- Offer financial insights during management meetings, supporting presentations with accurate and relevant data
- Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize workflows, enhancing overall process efficiency and productivity
