Job Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with the setup and configuration of devices.
- Desktop / Laptop / Peripherals / Thin Client / Telephony support including :
o Configure - to reflect global builds template.
o Decommission, install, or add.
o Relocate from desk to desk as required.
o In line with agreed business service levels.
Hardware and Software ManagementTroubleshoot network connectivity issues.Incident ManagementLifecycle managementMaintain an inventory of IT assets and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment or customer support role.Prior experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an MNC / Financial Sector is highly desirable.Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite)Passionate about customer services, goes the extra mile.Good command of spoken and written English
