Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT, Audit, and Operations roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensurepetitive hiring practices.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensurepliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in China.Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.Why Join :
