Our client is a reputable financial service provider, and they are seeking to expand their Customer Experience functions. We are searching for ambitious talent to join them as a Customer Service Officer to provide member service.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide professional customer services to the enquiries on products / policies / by Phone, Email and / or Live Chat
- To provide technical support regarding process transactions handling such as fund transfer, and the MPF scheme
- To explain and support digital tools (Apps) using
- Maintain customer service in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
- Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, in a hotline handling or telemarketing environment.Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.Familiar with ORSO, MPF, pension and insurance products have added advantages.Applicants with less experience or fresh graduates with a strong interest in developing a career in customer services are also welcomeApplicants with more experience to be considered as Assistant Manager.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.IIQE and HKSI license holders is preferable.Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.To apply online, please click on the link.
