Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for providing proactive support to business clients on advertising, event and digital promotion services
  • Assist in managing event execution, developing digital marketing strategies, and follow up of media promotion campaigns
  • Manage production and effective distribution of marketing materials including eDM, online and print advertising
  • Drive initiatives and work closely with internal teams including product development, sales, and design for customer relationships enhancements
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties in supporting different media projects
  • Follow up with daily customer orders, business reports and relevant documents
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements :

  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma / Associate Degree
  • Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in the fields of marketing, customer service or event management. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Have a strong interest in customer marketing with basic knowledge about online and media marketing
  • Good communication skills and manner in dealing with others
  • Proficient in PC knowledge, such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A good team-player, independent, proactive, and able to work flexibly & multi-task under pressure
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Working Location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
