Job description

Our client is an international insurance firm in Hong Kong and they are hiring a business development manager with strategic planning to develop the brokerage business. Interested parties are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with brokerage firms to increase sales and meet targets
Help create and execute strategies for partnership distribution channels (domestic mass market)
Conduct market research and analysis
Create and deliver training materials and market updates
Improve the efficiency of underwriting processes

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above

Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications

Preferably 5 years of experience in the insurance sector with brokerage channel experience.

Outgoing, service oriendted

Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin is an advantage

Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
