We are seeking a dynamic individual passionate about driving projects and initiatives that support our Macau operations. This role involves planning and executing customer-focused process improvements, and accelerating process excellence by use of digitalization and automation. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement workflows and procedures that ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
Position Responsibilities :
Manage operation / business projects and assigned tasks from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Streamline processes and use technology to facilitate a better customer journey and enhance sales productivity
Identify business and regulatory requirements, develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational standards and efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations such as AML, FATCA, CRS, Privacy
Collaborate with various departments to align project objectives and execute them effectively
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and initiatives
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team
Required Qualifications :
A degree and at least 8 years of relevant work experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in operations
A curious, open-minded, self-motivated, fast learner and team player
Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
Robust project management capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
