Job Responsibilities :
Manage a team of Merchandisers
- Handle daily operations of the offices
- Liaise with different departments (Purchasing, Shipping, etc)
- Ensure products are made to specification and quality compliance
- Fully responsible for product development and merchandising activities
- Supervise sourcing, designing, selecting and identifying suitable products to fit customer's needs and requirements
- Assist in ad hoc project when necessary
- Provide technical advice / support on products to the customers and factories
- Experiences in packaging artwork development coordination will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Safety and Legal compliance in USA and Europe
Job Requirements :
Degree holders with min. 10 years Toys merchandising experience with at least 5 years managerial experience trading firm;Good sourcing knowledge & familiar with standard of safely requirements in toys industry;Fluency in spoken or written English and Mandarin is a must;Excellent skills in communication, presentation and negotiation;Strong problem solving skills, initiative, aggressive and willing to take challenges;Strong leadership skills, target oriented and able to work under pressure;Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent problem solving skills;Able to multi-task and work in tight time frames;Mature and result target driven;Maintaining an ethical standard;Occasional Business Trips to Overseas / China are requiredInterested parties please send full resume with expected salary email by [protected-email-address]
