Senior Merchandiser, RTW

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborating with NY Team and Vender to ensure that product specifications are viable.
• Evaluating Fit sample / PPS / TOP.
• Support manager to follow up Inspection report / CAP.
• Communicate and drive calendar milestones in partnership with NY RTW team.
• Host the Weekly WIP call with factories NY / Vendor.
• Support Manager to approve materials and Shade bands review QC Files.
• Support onboarding of new SPs.
• Visiting manufacturing sites and reporting back to senior management (MLC 2-3 times / quarterly).
• Handling a range of admin duties packing sample and send parcel.
• Support Manager to establish quality control standards and SOP.
• Ensuring all products are high-quality and that they conform to company standards and brand values.
