The Job
- Assist the Senior Manager (Project Management) to manage the implementation of new development, redevelopment, urban renewal and retirement housing projects.
- Provide professional input and coordinate with other parties for planning and feasibility studies.
- Assist to monitor the schematic design, detail design, tender documentations, and construction progress and quality of works on site.
- Assist to administer the technical, safety, environmental and contractual aspects of projects under construction.
- Draft up contractual provisions in tenders and vet through specification for tendering purposes.
- Assist to manage consultants’ and contractors’ input and performance.
- Implement various quality, safety and environmental management systems in projects.
- Handle enquiries and complaints, manage defects rectifications and improvement works of completed projects.
The Person
Degree holder and member of professional bodies in building industry, preferably with architectural background.2 years' post qualification experience in planning, design and project management, preferably in residential development; candidates not yet professionally qualified but possess 6 years’ experience or more may also be considered.Sound knowledge of related ordinances, statutory procedures and professional practices.Well versed with Government policies and building industry developments.Good managerial, supervisory and interpersonal skillsGood command of English.Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidates.
